Radhakrishna grows up admiring Lord Krishna. He does not miss any chance to know about Lord Krishna and his stories of protecting Dharma. He believes that he can help people in need by becoming a police officer just like Krishna did. After his studies one day he accidentally helps the police bust a gang and secures a police job with special permission. During his work he encounters politicians like home minister and and MLA Sujatha who are at loggerheads and also falls in love with a girl named Radha. Later, in a politically motivated bomb blast, Radhakrishna loses his colleagues and promises to take revenge on the ones responsible for the blasts.
