Raja, an uneducated youth and Priyanka, an arrogant daughter of Sudarshan Rao, a multimillionaire, always keep quarrelling with each other. Priyanka’s lecturer, Raja Rajeswari Devi, has old scores to settle with Sudharshan Rao.  One day, Priyanka seeks Indu’s help. Indu is an unemployed girl. As Raja requires money for an urgent operation, he agrees to assist Indu in helping Priyanka. But Priyanka cheats Raja and the patient dies. In the events that follow, Raja insults Priyanka, and challenges Rao. How Raja wins the challenge and wins his love, how Rajeshwari Devi settles her old scores with Rao forms the rest of the story.
