Pardhasaradhi is god of the poor. He constantly hinders, opposes and dilutes the acts of anti-social elements in the society. His idealistic father, does not approve this and banishes him from home. Pardhasaradhi soon turns don. His word becomes an ordinance to smugglers & gangsters and he starts extorting black money from rich people, to give it to the poor. JB’s gang is always at loggerheads with Pardhasaradhi.Sivaram, a wealthy industrialist, accidentally runs into Pardhasaradhi’s father Raghavayya, his childhood friend. He proposes Raghavayya’s daughter Sumati’s alliance with his son Mohan. Once, Saroja, a girl belonging to a prostitute family, is saved by Pardhasaradhi. During the marriage of Sumati, Mohan gets attracted to Saroja, who is in love with Pardhasaradhi. Meanwhile JB’s gang setup Pardhasaradhi in a murder. He is sentenced and jailed. How he comes out of jail and teaches the baddies a lesson, how Saroja wins his love, how Raghavayya accepts him back into the family forms the rest of the story.
