Dasu, the son of a counterfeit racketeer, is orphaned early in life. Dropping out of school he becomes a vagabond. On the other, Prakash Raj, an honest police officer, is constantly diluting smugglers’ activities. The kingpin of the smugglers is frustrated with this. He makes a plan. He sends a team to find a guy who can be his informer in police. The team threatens Dasu and chooses him for the task. To get into the police department, he should at least pass tenth class. So Dasu is forced to go to school and study again. In school he falls in love with his teacher Nakshatra. Dasu soon becomes a traffic police constable. Nakshatra starts liking Dasu as a sincere police constable. But in a turn of events Dasu attracts Nakshatra’s hatred. This makes him dislike his job. He decides to settle the things and win back his love.
