Raja and Ravi are two brothers, happily living with their considerably older stepbrother Madhav Rao. However, because of sister-in-law Shanti’s jealousy, they leave him and go away to city never to return. Sheltered by Rahim Chacha, who has a son Ali and daughter Chandni, Raja drives taxi to educate his younger brother. Ambitious Ravi marries rich businessman Narayan Rao's daughter Radha. Soon things get complicated. Rahim chacha is shot dead and Rao is murdered and Ravi is framed. How does Ravi get out of the mess, how Raja and Gouri come together in the marital bond and how Madhav Rao reunites with his brothers forms the rest of the story.
