Chandu and his friends are happy-go-lucky conmen with good hearts. Chandu needs money for his sister's studies and his father. His father is serving a sentence and is presently hospitalised for a heart problem. Meanwhile Chandu falls in love with Meera, his sister’s friend. 

One day two robbers shoot each other in an apartment because of a minor misunderstanding about the money they robbed from a bank. Chandu accidentally lands up in the apartment. He picks up the money bag and is soon chased. The corrupt CI Richard, who usually helps Chandu and friends for petty offences suspects him.  In a series of eventually follow, Chandu corners and exposes the main culprit who framed his father. 

How he does it forms the rest of the story. In the end Chandu wins Meera's heart, his father is released from jail and the family reunites.
